SANTIAGO.- Four individuals are scheduled to be arraigned at 11:00 AM today after being arrested yesterday afternoon just a block and a half away from the home of President Michelle Bachelet.  The defendants were found to be in possession of six weapons, including two that contained blanks and two others that were toys.

Those apprehended were 25 year-old Ricardo Ulloa Antilef, 18 year-old Angelo Mora Zabala, 26 year-old Miguel Galleguillos Durán and a 17 year old boy with the initials H.R.A.  The youngest of those arrested had already been detained on 16 previous occasions, beginning when he was only 12 years old.

The group was arrested at 6:30 PM yesterday by police from the 17th police station in Las Condes on the corner of Burgos and Apoquindo after a patrol officer noticed a car that was circulating without a license plate.

After running a background check on one of the occupants of the vehicle, police found the weapons and arrested the men immediately.

The four detainees are being charged with the possession of illegal weapons.
