SANTIAGO.- Coach Raúl Toro of Audax Italiano is not in the highest of spirits. In addition to his team's unfavourable results at the Clausura tournament, the group is now facing problems for their upcoming weekend match against Universidad Católica.

The club currently has five players that have been practicing apart from the rest of the team this week.

Boris Rieloff was forced out of play at the team's match against Provincial Osorno after receiving a kick from Ricardo Parada at the 33 minute mark of the game. While at first doctors feared that he had torn a muscle, the medical team for Audax later concluded that the injury had only injured his left calf, allowing him the possibility to recover and continue playing.

Other injured players include Carlos Garrido and Cristián Reynero. Garrido, the club captain, is suffering from a problem with his left calf, while Reynero has been experiencing soreness in his left quadriceps.

The most serious injury on the team is that of César Santis, who will undergo medical exams today to determine whether his recent hamstring pain is being caused by a strain or a tear. The winger is scheduled to remain off the field for 15 days.

The last player absence that could be detrimental for the team is that of defender Juan González, who will be banned from this weekend's match due to an accumulation of five yellow cards.
