SANTIAGO.- Punctually and even well before the scheduled 10:00 AM meeting, National Soccer Team players began to arrive at the Juan Pinto Durán Complex in order to start preparations for their upcoming confrontations against Peru in Lima and then Uruguay next Wednesday in Santiago.

Shortly after his arrival today in the capital city, winger Rodrigo Tello was the first to drive up to the complex this morning.

The offensive halfback from the Besiktas team of Turkey scored a "super-goal" last weekend, a triumph that has opened the door for him to be amongst the primary lineup for the game against Peru.

As is customary with national team or "Roja" players, they got into their vehicles without speaking to the press since they have been warned by the ANFP (the National Football Association) not to disclose any information unless at a planned conference or press event.

After Tello, the remaining players arrived in the following order: Carlos Carmona, Humberto Suazo, Héctor Mancilla, Claudio Bravo, Gonzalo Jara, Waldo Ponce, Mark González, Matías Fernández and Jean Beausejour.

Also expected to arrive in the capital today is the winger from Dínamo Zagreb, Pedro Morales, as well as players from Udinese Alexis Sánchez and Mauricio Isla.
