SANTIAGO. - A low-intensity earthquake was felt just minutes before 10:00 a.m. this morning in the Greater Santiago area.
According to the National Emergency Office (ONEMI), the tremor occurred at 9:57 a.m. and is currently being analyzed. Meanwhile, seismic activity in the regions outside of Santiago is also being monitored.
For now, information is being compiled with regards to the intensity and magnitude of the telluric movements.
