SANTIAGO.– Appearing to the untrained eye to be a father and son on a trip together, Marcelo Bielsa traveled with player Fabián Orellana to South Africa yesterday.

The last remaining two to depart from Chile, the men finally met up with the rest of the group waiting for them in preparation for the friendly match against the South Africans this Wednesday.

The head coach of the national soccer team appears to take no rest. He arrived today in South Africa and immediately got to work with the contingent selected to compete in this match.

Bielsa held his first training, emphasizing tactical and group plays as is his custom.

The trainer has at his disposal all of the players selected for this match, including the athletes who play for European teams as well as those who continue to play in Chile.

The squad is expected to re-group in the afternoon for yet another practice session under Bielsa.
