SANTIAGO.- President Michelle Bachelet has accepted an invitation from Queen Beatrice and will be making an official visit to The Netherlands between the 25th and 27th of May.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the President will be accompanied by an important entourage that will include ministers, Members of Parliament, business leaders, scientists and cultural representatives.
During her stay in The Netherlands, Bachelet will hold a meeting with Queen Beatrice and government authorities of the nation to discuss the primary issues included in the bilateral agenda between the two countries, as well as global matters that are relevant to both nations.
The relationship between Chile and The Netherlands has reached a high point over the last decades, observed in the significant and continuous bilateral cooperation in areas such as education, science and technology, as well as innovation.
