SANTIAGO.- Rodrigo Hinzpeter, the coordinator for Sebastián Piñera's presidential campaign committee has stated that during the coming days, the name of a former Concertación minister that plans to join the "Coalition for Change" along with other prominent left-wing figures, such as Fernando Flores, will be revealed.

While Hinzpeter spoke to Canal 24 hours just before the new development, he was asked what the most significant challenges would be for Piñera. In his response, the coordinator stated that such challenges would not be represented by the campaigns of Marco Enríquez-Ominami and Eduardo Frei, which according to him "have not taken off".

Hinzpeter went on to say, "we all know that there is a large amount of debate within the Concertación regarding whether or not it was a mistake to choose Eduardo Frei", and declared that the newest challenge will be "to show the majority of Chilean citizens that, after 20 years, Chile deserves a change".
