SANTIAGO. -  The ongoing controversy within the UDI party due to accusations of dishonest financial practices in the municipality of Huechuraba drove State Secretary General Francisco Vidal to urge Alianza to learn their lesson about prejudice from the situation.

“Hopefully the experience they are going through will teach them never to pre-judge, never to prematurely condemn someone, never to make hasty high-profile accusations, they really have a lot to learn”, said Vidal.

“I support Larraín more and more every day, meaning Hernán Larraín”, for his position favoring a policy free of prejudice in the Huechuraba case, opting to leave it to the Comptroller’s Office and the courts to resolve the situation.

“The only thing I ask of Harnán Larraín is to provide all Chilean people with the same courtesy he affords his supporters, so that we can all live much better”, stated Vidal.
